Underweight at 4months

My baby girl was born at 2.4kgs...now that she's turned 4mos, she hardly weighs 5kgs at EBF...should I start worrying and resort to supplemental formula? I don't want to feed her with formula milk...thanks in advance

pareho sila ng lo ko 2.4kl din nung nilabas ko, pero nung unang bakuna nya tinimbang sya 4.5kl yung timbang nya 1month and 15days palang sya nun. Ngayon 1month & 22days na sya, balik nya ulit sa center nov.11 ewan ko lang kung ilang kl nanaman sya 😊😊 Anyway mix po lo ko.

best to ask a breastfeeding advocate pedia. iba iba din kasi developments ng baby. kayo po ba mommy nag vitamins?
