4 months baby weight

Hi. My baby girl is 4 months and only weigh 5.9kg. What can i do to increase her weight?

Did PD raise any concern? My girl is almost 5 months but she is still lesser than 5.5kg. And she has all along been in the lower percentile where PD and doctors in polyclinic have said abt that. Are you bf? My pd once told my husband that i shld take in more protein so tat there r more fats in my BM. Now my BM got fats but she still dun gain lots of weight 😅😅
