4 mths fall from matress

my baby fall from mattress but no bump. should I worry? first time. the mattress is on the floor but thick one. she cry awhile only

If her activity level is normal, she’s feeding well, isn’t lethargic, there’s no worsening bruise/bump, should be ok:)
