When to increase milk intake

My baby is currently 4 days old and as per hospital, they always feed formula 25 - 30ml. When should i increase my baby’s milk intake, like around which week roughly and how to know when to increase ? And is it normal for newborn to not finish 30ml. He’s currently on full FM. #firstbaby #advicepls

You can increase 5-10ml day by day. Adjust from there, frequent spit up > reduce. Not sure if this helps: At day 3 my LO (girl, small eater) takes 20-50ml, day 7 onwards 60-70ml. Day 18 80ml.

Your baby will show signs that he/she wants more milk, eg crying. You can start to top up from there.
