Premium milks are expensive talaga. Bonna is good kung gusto mo ung hindi mahal. Nestogen siguro okay din, for me hindi ko tinry ung lactum. Newborn to 1yr and 3 months nag enfa kami, and then nag try ng nestogen for 1 or 2 weeks but switched to bonna. Ngayon 1 yr and 6 months siya, still on bonna. As for food kung ayaw mo mag cerelac si baby, use puree fruits and veggies. Yun din ginawa namin nun.

Depende din kase sa hiyang ng baby. Try mong magpa-recommend sa pedia. Sa food naman try mo yung puree na veggies
