Baby boy whom leaks through

Baby boy leaks through diapers.. literally fills the top half portion of the diaper in less than 3 hrs.. any suggestions on how to manage this? Will upsizing helps..? Because im scared it will cause more leakages. Have tried Mamypoko, Drypers, Huggies..

How old is your child? You can try Merries or Rascal. You can upsize if size is small. I change from Huggies S to Merries M and pants type.
