baby cant lift up head when doing pull to sit

Baby 4months alr but cant lift up head when i tried to pull up with his both hands. Any mummies face this prob for ur LO?

hi, so at how many months can he finally do it?? mine at 4 months now also cannoy lift up when pull up using hands.
