My baby (4mo) has diarrhea after her rota virus injection, is it normal ? When should I go and see the doctor ? She is not cranky or restless but just act as per normal except that she poo often and its watery. TIA

Yes, mild diarrhea is a common side effect for this vaccine. You need not worry unless you notice your baby having these signs: abdominal pain, bloody stools (or passing a redcurrant jelly), or starts vomiting. In which case, medical attention is required.

Yes, it can be for some children. My PD told me about it as the injection is to help build up the children's immune system. For some, it can come with mild fever. If rashes appear, quickly consult a PD. Otherwise, I think ur bb should be ok.

Yup, according to my pd it's normal. Just need to make sure that around the 5th to 7th day your lo does not experience serious vomiting and crying in pain which would warrant a visit to the hospital.
