change diaper more often and apply bb powder to joint area as sg is a hot wearther , i do change my bb's diaper even its just a few pees as diaper does absorb perspiration too
Sudocrem works best for my LO. At the same time you might need to try out other brands of diapers.
diaper cream.. try desitin purple for severe and blue for normal.. works for mine and most babies..
