always been anxious about ADHD i am afraid my daughter has this condition... I want to run professional observation but my husband said i overthink too much. He said it's normal for my daughter to exhibit these behaviors at this age (1,8 yo)... she can't sit while eating.... lack focus... get easily distracted 😭

Hi if your daughter is under 2, then I think it may not be cause for concern yet as such behaviours are fairly common at that age. If your daughter is in childcare, you could ask the teachers for their observations as they may see many children of the same age. Do share your concerns with your child's pediatrician at the next check-up. You could also check the full list of symptoms here https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-test-for-kids/ or here https://caddac.ca/about-adhd/ages-0-6-yrs/ and consider if these behaviours are present both in school and at home and occurs across a variety of tasks/activities. ADHD is highly treatable especially when identified early.
