Yes, the resale value is even more so for WC (wrap conversion) tula. The retail price is around USD300-400 but in the 2nd hand market, people are selling double the price or even higher if it comes with matching accessories.

I agree that the Tulas pretty much retain their resale value. It also depends on the design. If it is an exclusive Tula, it can even fetch higher prices than their retail price.
