Nipple Cleaning

Ask lang mga momsh, I'm 6 mos preggy po, first time mom-to-be. Napansin ko kasi na yung nipples ko nag darken at may mga dead skin, hahayaan ko lang po ba to or may ways naman on how to properly cleanse your nippies. Medyo borthered kasi ako sa mga dead skin niya.

Normal po na magdarken yung nipples during pregnancy. For dead skin sa nipples, you can use a nipple cream/balm, babad mo ng ilang minutes then wipe it off using cotton balls soaked in warm water. Please be very gentle sa paggalaw ng nipples, nipple stimulation can cause contractions.
