severe colds

ask ko lang...i have severe colds this time... i'm second month pregnant.. what kind of medication is safer for me to use that will not affect my baby?

ako tubig, kalamnsi or lemon juice lng at pahinga po.. un nakakatnggal po ng sipon one week lng magaling n ko... madalas ko sipunin first tri kay niresetahn ako ng vit c ni ob pra depensa po..
