13 weeks here mommy. Not just morning sickness, whole day sickness ako. Lagi nagsusuka & heartburn. Minsan pati tubig sinusuka ko and dun ko nararamdaman yung pagkahilo, it’s one of the sign of dehydration. Kaya pinipilit ko uminom ng liquids kahit isusuka ko din basta di lang ako madehydrate. Maybe you have the same case as mine mi. Try mo po uminom ng uminom ng water. Laban mi! Kaya natin ‘to!

Mi, try mo po iconsult sa OB mo. Sakin nung 11 wks mahihiluhin din, pangcheck ng CBC Lab test ko, anemic ako.
