Ask ko lang po sa 1st trimester po ba ok lang ung parang light cramps sa may bandang left side bandang lower abdomen. Occasional and intermittent nmn po.

Hi, mommy. I have experienced light cramps before, too pero nawala naman siya eventually. I'm currently 19wks na. Monitor mo lang if tumitindi yung pain at dumadalas as well as any spotting. Update mo agad ang OB mo if beyond usual. God bless!
