ask ko lang po kung paano gagawin kapag wala ung father ni baby pero gusto mo ipa apelido saknya ung baby?

Ask your MID wife or doctor that will help you deliver the baby if that is possible to name it after the father's last name. For what I know the fathers needs to sign the BC.
