ask ko lang po kung ano pwdeng inumin o gawen para makadumi ng maayos sobrang tagal ko po kase lagi sa cr. hinahayaan ko syang lumabas ng kusa diba po sabi wag iire. nakapagcr na po ako at masakit pa din yung tyan ko. pa help po salamat

mii, try mo po magbrown rice instead of white rice. Rich in fiber, more nutrients, antioxidants and less sugar. I noticed din kasi kpag nagwhite rice kme ni hubby, hirap ako magpoop. Unlike pagbrown rice, regular bowel movement ko. No constipation. Eat ka rin ng fruits and veggies rich in fiber. Drink lots of water.

drink lots of water, effective sakin fruits like watermelon and papaya. try mo din buko juice and prune juice :)

Kain ka ng fiber-rich food, green leafy vegetables, drinks lots of water, papaya, grapes, pears.
