ok lang po, ako po multivitamins ko din nung 2nd tri ko eh obimin plus then may kasabay pa po yung caltrate plus at sorbifer ferrous sulfate, sa umaga ko po iniinom yung caltrate at obimin then sa gabi naman yung ferrous bago matulog 😊
