Iba iba po ang sasabihin ng mommies. :) Ang general rule po na nasa google, or sasbaihin ni doc is basta 10 movements in 2 hours.
Here's what I do for us ni baby po, baka maka-help:
Ang ginagawa ko po dati is pumili po ako ng oras kung kailan alam kong DAPAT active si baby. I picked 7:30 pm kasi nakakain na ko ng dinner non, so dapat active si baby and night time yon so at least I'll sleep knowing she's okay. Dapay maka10 movements ako, in 2 hours or depende sa alam kong pattern ni baby (w/c is usually less than 10 mins).
Pero starting 32 weeks, ginawa ko pong ganito:
9am - 10 movements - in 2 hours (but normally dapat less than 10 mins)
1pm - after lunch - 10 movements - again, in 2 hours pero dapat usually within 10 mins
and last sa gabi,
8pm - after dinner - 10 movements - again, in 2 hours pero dapat within 10 mins kasi yon ang pattern ng baby ko.
If may mga time na feeling ko weak or slow ang movements niya, I'll try again pero I'll drink some water first or kain ng maliit na sweets or gently tap my belly, makikipaglaro sa kanya. Or I'll wait for an hour and I'll count again.
I try not to stress about it, basta kilalanin niyo lang po yung pattern ng movements ng baby niyo po. Every pregnancy and baby is different kasi, some babies are active some are not. So I suggest na talagang take some time to know your baby's pattern and ikaw po magdecide if there's something unusual or not. BASTA WAG KA PO MATATAKOT TUMAKBO NG ER OR SA OB MO IF FEELING MO SOMETHING'S NOT RIGHT. Di po sila dapat magalit sa mama na praning hehe
