Contraceptive for Breastfeeding mom

Ask ko lang mga mamsh First time mom here then Breastfeeding kami ni LO. 4mos2weeks na sya naun. But since I have to go back to work.. thawed breastmilk thru bottlefeeding na sya., then at night direct latch sa akin. Bumalik na ang period ko, ask ko lang ano po ba ang mas better na contraceptive? Injectibles or Daphne Pills? Ung hnd po sana nakakataba#1stimemom #advicepls #contraceptives Thank you in advance po

depende kung ano ung mas prefer mo mommy. kung ok ka sa everyday pill at hindi mo makakalimutan itake, ok ang pill. be sure to take it everyday at the same time. pero kung makalimutin ka, mas maganda ang injectable. hindi din madisiguro ung side effects kasi every woman is different. ako personally, pumayat sa injectable at naka implant na ngayon.

try which one your body will be more compatible with.. ask your OB as well. my OB gave me a family planning session after I gave birth.

May pills po for breastfeeding mom.. Sa center po libre lng Exluton pills bigay po sakin safe sa mga ebf..
