Hello ask ko lang. After niyo manganak diba after ilan month/s magmemens kayo? After ba nun normal lang ba na di ulot magmens? Di naman kame ulit nagcontact eh. I am a mixed feeding momma
SA pure breastfeeding Lang po safe ang sex til six months..after nun pwede k mabuntis ulit NG d mo namamalayan.. akala mo Wala ka pading men's pero buntis na pala.. maraming ganyang case..

ako normal del nung manganak at pure bf mom ako pero 5 mos na yung baby ko bago ako dinatnan ulit and yes monthly na po yun.
Cs po ako, b4 mag 5months c lo dun plang nagkamens tpos ngyon mag 6months na sya di pa dumating ulet.
Iba iba ang case per mom. Usually hindi muna regular ang mens for the first 6 months after delivery
Pag cs madali datnan ako kasi 2mos lang nagka mens na pero pag normal at breastfeeding matagal
Ako po till now ndi pa nagkakamens.. 3 mos na po baby ko.. Ndi nmn po ako ebf ehh
8 months post partum ako nagkaperiod ulit and normal and regular n sya since then.
Pag Cs po after 2months mag mens ka normal n the next month
normal delivery 1year before ako magkaroon then tuloy tuloy na
mom of 2 hyperactive bubba
