Are babies allowed to eat ALL types of vegetables?

I’ve not came across any vegetables that will have a detrimental effect on a baby’s health. However, vegetables that are hard and chunky (such as carrots, celery, green beans) could pose as a choking hazard. Therefore, such vegetables should be mashed, shredded or cooked before serving to babies. Even fruits like grapes, cherry tomatos, and blueberries should be cut into small pieces as well.

Vegetables are generally great for babies but there are some that can make babies gassy, which could be uncomfortable for the little one. Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, artichokes, asparagus, cauliflower, onions, and garlic can make baby "toot toot" more than usual and too much could make baby a wee bit gassy than before.
