1st Pregnancy at 38 years old

Anyone here who's pregnant or who got pregnant for the 1st time at 38 years of age? Can you please share your experience? I know its already high risk because of age, but any precautions we need to take? #1st_pregnancy #geriatric_pregnancy #latepregnancy

Pregnant at 38, delivered at 39 last Aug via normal delivery(38weeks) baby boy. Just enjoy your pregnancy, avoid stress watch your diet and eat healthy. Hydrate yourself and always sleep on your side preferably left side.
