is it safe to use CIF during pregnancy

Anyone use CIF to clean toilet during pregnancy? Currently I'm 12weeks pregnant. I use CIF to clean my toilet but I'm worried. Is the smell safe?

Shud be fine. Or wear mask to protect urself from smelling too much
