I did! I travelled to Korea in winter when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I didn't take any special precaution but brought along my folic acid and vitamins. Pregnant women in their first trimester are advised against travelling because of the possibility of miscarriage occurring (higher possibility in the first trimester). The best time to travel is actually during the second trimester when the morning sickness for most women has eased and the foetus is more or less firmly attached to the uterus wall. However, if your gynae gives the go-ahead, why not? http://pregnant.sg/articles/travelling-when-pregnant-faq/
