Hi! I've read a couple of good reviews for Confucius Institute (at NTU@one-north campus Executive Centre). The course is structured and organised. You can look at the programmes offered here: http://ci.ntu.edu.sg/eng/Programme/aclp/Programmes/Pages/Language-Programmes.aspx If you are a Singaporean, you can use your SkillsFuture Credit to offset the course fee.

I took conversational Mandarin classes briefly at Stanford Language Centre at Peninsula Plaza. I enjoyed the classes and I reckon I learnt quite a bit. There's a promotion price going on, $178 for 10 classes and this lasts till 31 Aug 2016 -- do grab it before it's too late :) http://www.stanford.com.sg/Promo150.html
