Hi! For NSD 4BR WARD - (78,000PPHP) 2BR- (82,000PHP) FOR CS 4BR- (132,000) 2BR- (140,000) Super updated since nag avail ako package from SL-BGC we just settled the payment a week ago. :) Hope this helps.
