Help, red patch rashes on my 1 month old. Do anyone knows what is this? and how can I help my lo?

My baby has this! Pls bring to the clinic. I brought her to the polyclinic today and doctor said, it could be eczema. And this happens cos of the drool, sweat and heat so now it’s fungal?? Pls go doctor asap!!!!!
