Hospital Visiting Rules

Anyone knows what’s the visiting rules in the different SG hospitals maternity wards? Currently, I am pregnant with my second baby and all I’m worried for is how long does my firstborn have to be away from me. The antenatal and delivery plan was to go through private route with NUH like what I did for my first. But.. NUH does not allow children below 12 to visit with the current covid situation. This means that my firstborn might not be able to see me for days. She has never gone to sleep at night without me and she still does direct latched breastfeeding. Therefore, although this may sound silly, I’m really considering changing hospital if there is any other hospital which would allow her to be brought in to the maternity ward for visit. #Separation_Anxiety

Parkway East Hospital allows father and 1 younger child to stay in the 1 bedder wards. No restriction on child visitor as long as u keep to 2 visitors at any one time.
