Alot mummies have side effect after taking flu med it will decrease in supply. What I did was I took vitamins c supplement and it recover in 2 days

I did... and when I told pd I threw away the bm, he said no such need to throw away the bm even when I'm on flu med...

U can take flu medi and breastfeed, best is go GP and ask for breastfeed safe medi. That is what I did..
