I also have the taste after meals! Here's what I did to avoid it. google "gerd" diet and eat food that's more akaline. if you need to have acidic food, pair it with something akaline, it will even the PH lvl out. It happens to be after meals and sour taste will stay for 10 mins approx, just bear with it. also yes, Eat smaller meals.. (I eat 5 meals a day but never till I'm 100% full) - helps my acid reflux alot and I barely ate the antacids dr prescribed to me anymore. Hope this helps

I been eating clean and mostly alkaline food but still it doesn’t goes away.. my sour taste stay 24/7 and middle of night till morning my throat will have burning sensation which is really bad. 🥺

It’s normal to have the taste. You can take smaller meals to avoid getting heartburn
