Twin pregnancy with 3 week discrepancy

Anyone had twin pregnancies but with significant growth discrepancies between the twins? Found out that I have one twin at 10 week growth and one twin at 7 week growth.. not sure if this is due to superfetation (super rare phenomenon) or just that one twin is not growing normally. Anyone else has such experiences and able to share if both twins were eventually born normal?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant now and just gotten news that I'm having identical twins, both with heartbeats but one of them is measuring 5 days behind and is much smaller than the other. Quite worried now, will do another scan next week to find out more. How are your twins doing?
