Anyone had a good PD to recommend who is expertise in Eczema /skin allergy? My boy is 1yr old. Eczema keep coming on and off.

I would recommend http://www.babesntotsclinic.net/ I know there's alot of issues with applying steroids for babies but if it's really bad like what my daughter had, the doctor had no choice but to introduce steroid. I have tried almost all methods given by other mothers and even polyclinic doctors but none seem to work.
