For me I didn't like prenatal massage because it was too gentle for me. I qm those type that requires abit more strength with high pain tolerance. so prenatal massage felt like just rubbing my skin. 🥲 My prenatal experience was that they will try not to let you lie on your back for long, there was a bolster for me to hug and lie on side ways throughout. soft kneading of lower back, no foot massage, soft pressing of thighs and calves. shoulder and upper back as per normal. They usually only allow 5month pregnancy and above. anyway i think it is pretty safe since they go for soft massage.. won't trigger points too. hehe

Hi mama, I believe it depends on the establishment you go to as well! I had my first prenatal massage at Week 16 at my regular massage place. Any earlier was not possible as advised by my masseuse. I’ve just signed up for 3 sessions with PNSG and their advice was wait until Week 28! Am starting next week (finally hehe). You could look around for more options :)

Can. Anytime after 5 months you can go with it. Good to find those who specialises in pre-natal massage.

can start massage. I love it, helps to reduce water retention n aches in body.

it's very gentle and comfortable! you can start from 16 weeks already :)
