feel hot and cold at same time

Anyone feel hot and reaching for fan. After minutes I feel cold and chill. I'm so worried. Am I normal? This feeling is no good. I can on my fan and reach for my blanket later. It just changes too fast. And I have the chill feeling like I'm very cold or catch a cold. Feel sick. I not sure if this is normal.
