Im having it too.. it’s called Carpal Tunnel’s syndrome and it’s common among pregnant and postpartum mothers. I have that on my both hands plus De quervain’s syndrome too. Best to do is either wear hand guards at night(i got mine customised from NUH physio department) or do hands exercise. My doc said it will go off after few months post delivery.
omg me too! mine is at my wrists and worsens at night and with repeated feedings (my newborn drinking is unpredictable at nights - can be hourly)
