Post Partum Hemmorhoid

Anyone facing the same issue? If yes what did you do to resolve it? Mine is bleeding and it’s painful whenever I sit

Have you just given birth? It took me a month to heal… i felt pain when sitting down too was told not to sit down but lay down to rest. I did sitz bath to help lessen the pain.

I don't know if I had hemorrhoids but it hurts when I pee and especially when I poop. I dread going to the toilet every day after giving birth 😅 I use a donut cushion to help ease the pressure when sitting. Otherwise I just tense up my butt muscles to give me a higher cushioning so I'm not putting pressure in the middle 😅
