Hello! I do have very bad hip pain on both sides. Usually I will ask my husband to give me a massage every night or I will just paste salon pas all over my hip area 😂 go easy will trying to stand up to walk. Sometimes your legs will tend to go jelly when you tried to stand up fast. Honestly the pain will never go away, but it will subside a little. Very common in the third trimester though.
