anyone experiencing fluctuating milk supply? i pump every 5hrs. recently during my 4pm pump i may get only around 4oz but at my 9pm pump i get abt 10oz! big difference! pump duration is abt the same- ard 30 to 45mins. i dn take anything special to boost supply. what could be causing this? n will it last?

I realised that adequate rest is very very important when it comes to nursing. I can pump on the same time on a daily basis but if I don't get enough rest, my milk supply automatically dips till like super low. On the days that I have rest, the milk supper is normal. When breastfeeding, you need to have enough fluid intake too.
