LO waking up in the middle of the night

Hi, anyone experienced baby getting up in the middle of the night like usual for milk but could not go back to sleep in the crib after hitting 5 months old? Any solutions?

its normal! 😊 they need time to adapt that its night time and sleeping time. try dim lights instead of switching on your lights if u are doing that now.
