Stuffy Nose and Nosebleeds During Pregnancy

Anyone else experience same symptoms? Been having stuffy nose since 1st trimester and since I entered 2nd trimester been getting occasional nosebleeds and headache on one side.

Heard of stuffy nose but not nosebleed! Maybe better check with you gynae if you’re too heaty or something!
