Prunes!! they are one of the healthiest foods available worldwide!! they have many benefits like preventing constipation, provides iron (which helps in haemoglobin production), prevent joint pains during pregnancy, etc, etc. hough prunes dont have any side effects directly but over consumption might lead to gas and diarrhea. This might lead to the baby not actually receiving any nutrients
