Anyone else craving preserved prunes? Anything to be careful about?

Preserved food are not beneficial for the body whether pregnant or not. And for them to preserve it, a lot of salt and sugar has to be added to it. Take in moderation I would say because I understand it does help in nausea as well. Nothing really to be careful about except that it can cause acidity and gas in tummy.
