TCM for confinement

Hi all, anyone considering or taking up TCM packages for confinement pls? We're researching for options and found that there are some who prescribe medicinal herbs etc. So one doesn't need to keep eating the 'confinement food'. As I understand it its also safe for babies if you're breastfeeding as well.

Tcm package as in those herbs pack for 30days/45days? Those are super convenience, we tried this brand, good and reasonable price, “Lao Ban Niang” it’s located at 270 Queen Street #03-55 (Albert Centre) basically just boil water, open up the pack, throw in and boil~ for food, we never order those confinement food, just eat food with nutrients if mum is feed BM, if baby go jaundice, some say avoid ginger, now sure how true, but if BM then better careful

Thanks for sharing! At LBN it's just a standard pack of herbs, right? Wife and I were thinking of seeing a TCM and getting it prescribed for her constitution.
