Down with a bad flu with fluctuating fever during first trimester… do I see a gynae or GP?

see a GP.. i had fever during my first trimester. called my gynae and she told me to go see a GP. i didn't know i had uti. strangely uti doesnt hurt when u are pregnant.. the symptoms are all not accurate when you are pregnant. so the safest thing to do is see a GP
