Maybe you can fix her a cup of chamomile tea for her to sip a little before bed time.

you can buy the other type like nursing pillow/pregnancy pillow kind. A cup of chamomile tea before bed may relax her. A little caffeine is fine during pregnancy. Not too much though. I hope she will feel better soon.
