Anybody had to change the milk formula for their 19 month old as they start getting constipation?
You can switch to fresh milk instead. After 1 year old, formula milk is not neccessary. Google it up, read more and do research on formula milk for toddler, you'll be surprise.

At 19 months, you can give your LO fresh milk instead.

From 12 months, you can feed your LO fresh milk. Don’t have to rely on FM
Fresh milk also got come in powder form like Nespray, Fernleaf Full Cream etc. I gave my LO fernleaf full cream milk powder. As it's powder, prepare it as per normal the same way you prepare using formula.
