this is absolutely normal .. i felt the same, even now at 28weeks pregnant .. sometimes i don't even know why or what i'm crying about .. what works for me is talking to my husband .. share with him how im feeling and most times eventhough he is clueless and confused why i cry for nothing, a hug, reassurance words and affirmations usually makes me a whole lot better without the need to spend any money . haha ! you can also distract yourself by doing what you enjoy doing .. i spent my time reading and watching documentaries on netlix .. something light hearted, i stay away from sad stories .. :)
