i didnt wear socks at home. not used to wearing. doing pretty well. but if ur flooring is tiles and is very cold bco u on aircon, then better to wear slipper. my flooring is vinyl so its not cold even though i on aircon
I didn’t because I didn’t know I needed to. Was wearing compression socks at the start (c sect too) and it didn’t cross my mind at all to transit to socks after I took them off.
I’m a C-section mom too. Never wear sock during my confinement. 5 months pp now and I’m doing well.
