Yup. No longer at Hougang sbcc, he is at THomson Paediatric now. Not sure which doctor in Hougang now...

Dr Seng Yi Chern is a female PD in SBCC Hougang currently and she's very nice, patient, friendly and also really experienced too. Just went to see her with my baby just now. Was glad to have met and found another great PD other than Dr Kenneth Chua!!!
